This website, mahola.us, is operated by Kaya Eco Living, the exclusive U.S. distributor of Mahola. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before using our services.

2. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time and are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Mahola mats are handwoven and dyed with plant-based Ayurvedic preparations. Colors vary between dye lots and will soften with use and sunlight; product photographs are a guide, not a guarantee of an exact shade.

4. Orders and payment

All orders are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before an order ships.

6. Returns and refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging; return shipping for non-defective items is paid by the customer. For defective items we cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Contact support@mahola.us to start a return.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Mahola or Kaya Eco Living and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Kaya Eco Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Reviews and content you submit

When you submit a review, photo or video, you confirm it is yours and reflects your honest experience with a product you bought or used. You grant Kaya Eco Living a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display it, with the name you entered, on mahola.us, in our social channels and in our marketing, and to shorten it without changing its meaning. We may decline or remove any submission. Reviews linked to an order are marked "verified".
